PROPHETIC WORDS

TO THE PROPHETS OF NEW ZEALAND

This is the transcript of a word that was sent by video this month from Arleen Westerhof director of the Netherlands Prophetic Council, and co-leader of the European Prophetic Council, to the prophets of New Zealand. 

As I waited on the Lord I heard Him say, “My prophets, my prophetic people in the nation of New Zealand, it is time to lift up your eyes to the hills." As He said that, He gave me a picture of your nation, the North and the South Island, and it was surrounded by chariots of fire with angelic riders and they are ready to move at your prophetic proclamations.

The Lord is saying, "Prophets of New Zealand, it is time to pick up the sword of the Spirit. Prophets of New Zealand, it is time to start to issue prophetic proclamations and prophetic decrees about what the Lord has promised that you would see in your nation."

There has been a spirit upon New Zealand that has been trying to take the swords out of the hand of the prophets and it is the spirit that says, “We do not want to hear you prophesy.” That spirit is a spirit of intimidation, that spirit is a spirit of fear, but the Lord is reminding you today, "I have not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind and I have called you to prophesy over My nation. New Zealand, you are a warrior nation, you are a warrior nation. Prophets of New Zealand, it is time to take up your spiritual swords and it is time to engage in the battle." Why? Because the Lord is saying, "It is My time for the world and it is My time for New Zealand."

Now, I don't know what has happened in your nation but I do know that prophets in the nations are under fire, and even as I was praying for you and in speaking that out, “It's time to pick up your swords again,” the Lord is saying, "It's  time to remember, prophets of New Zealand, I am not just a tame pussy cat, I am not just the Lamb of God, I am also the Lion of Judah. Prophets of New Zealand, I am calling you now to pick up the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, and start to issue prophetic proclamations about the nation. I have positioned My angels, and they are ready to roll."

And so as a result, I just see groups of prophets, on the high places in New Zealand, on your mountains. The Lord is saying, "It's time to take back the high places.” The Lord is saying that He is sending a number of you who are watching this video, to those high places even now, to issue those proclamations, to do prophetic acts of prayer on the high places in your nation. Why? Because the Lord is saying, “My glory, I want My glory to be revealed in New Zealand in a way that you that have not seen previously." And as I continued to wait on the Lord, He said, “One of the redemptive callings on the nation of New Zealand is to be a model of reconciliation between indigenous peoples and the rest of you, indigenous peoples and the rest of you.” The Lord is saying, "I will prophesy through the model that I build in New Zealand. It will be a model of how to build reconciliation and mutual respect between different peoples, indigenous peoples and others.” So remember this, New Zealand, and remember this, prophets of New Zealand. The Lord is the Lord of hosts. He is ready to move and He wants to use you; and so I just encourage you right now.

I see, you know, there's something that's come in that says that prophets need to be only gentle. Yes, our motivation needs to be in love, but the Lord is saying that when He rises up as the Lord of hosts and He marches out, then it is our job as God's prophets to march out with Him; and so I bless you now, and I just want to pray an impartation over you, even as you hear this, for spiritual warfare. I'm going to ask, would you just put one hand on your heart and lift one hand to heaven, even as you look at this. "Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus, Lord I speak out a prophetic release, God, of the warrior spirit on your prophets in New Zealand, Lord, the spirit of wisdom and revelation, but Lord also a release of courage. You called Your prophets to be courageous in New Zealand. Lord, I bless the warrior anointing that You have placed on Your prophets in New Zealand and, Lord, they will wage warfare in the Spirit, they will issue prophetic decrees, they will issue prophetic proclamations from the high places of this nation and from the Spirit of love they will also be catalytic. Father, I just decree and declare they will be catalytic in catalysing reconciliatory efforts between indigenous peoples of New Zealand and also the South Pacific.

Prophets of New Zealand, I just bless you. I am so excited, about the fact that God's timing for you is now! I am so excited about what I see, those chariots of fire on the mountains surrounding the North and South Islands, and I just bless you to walk with Him, to hear His voice more clearly each and every day, and also to know His heart for you.
