THE WELLS OF THE DEEP IN NZ

A couple of months ago I was in prayer and I was taken up in the Spirit and I was looking over NZ and I could see the entire outline of the country, and I began to see underneath the land a deep, deep shaking in the Spirit realm, and I’m not at all prophesying earthquakes – this is not a natural thing, this is a spiritual shaking. The shaking began in the deep, deep places underneath NZ, and as the shaking of the Spirit began the earth opened up and there was a crust on top of NZ like a hard crust, a shell over the top of NZ, and as the shaking happened the crust began to open up.

I began to see the springs of the deep; the people of this nation are calling. The deep places in their spirit are calling to the Spirit. There were the deep wells of the Spirit, of past revivals, past moves of God, of the prayers, of the deep calling unto deep of the sons and daughters of this nation. The wells of the Holy Spirit, the wells of His presence, came bursting forth through the crust, through the hard crust of the land, and began to flood the regions of NZ, and as the flooding happened it became more and more fierce, more and more violent, and it became not just regions that were flooded, but it began to be a flowing river through the nation.

Everything joined together, the moves that were happening throughout joined together, and the Spirit of God became a mighty rushing river, a river that is the Spirit of God, the love of God, and as it flowed through the nation people were getting swept up, souls were getting swept up, souls, souls, souls; and I saw people trying to run away from the presence of God but they were getting caught up, like a tsunami they were getting caught up in the presence. They were getting caught up in the Spirit of God and getting drawn into the move of God and what God was doing. He was bringing them into His presence.

I really believe that what God is bringing about in this nation is going to flood every corner of this nation, and it’s going to be a harvest of souls. Even the most hard hearted, even the ones who have turned and run away from God, are going to get swept up in this move. It was so mighty that it began to spill over into the sea until, from the perspective of high above, there was no longer an outline of NZ. You could not actually define who NZ was or where the meeting of the sea and land was; the presence of God completely swamped the land.

I believe that there’s something about the identity, that we have a strong identity as a nation, but what God wants to do is bring His identity to it, and I felt like God said to me, “Are you ready to lose what you think is your identity in order to step into your divine identity, to become one with who I am calling this nation to be?” He’s joining hearts and wanting to do such a mammoth work amongst us that our little pockets of “this is who we are” and “this is who we are” will be overwhelmed. And the spirit of God just kept saying “Are you ready to be overwhelmed by me?” 

It was such a profound vision that I had. I feel that there is something nationally happening where the mindsets that we’ve been operating under are being shaken, and the strongholds of our mind and our soul are being shaken – our generational understanding of what the Spirit does, and who God is – and the Spirit of God is moving in mighty, mighty power! It’s coming from the deep places under this land, which speaks to the history of what God has done in this nation previously, and it is going to spring up again and become a fresh move of the Spirit!
