PROPHETIC WORD FOR CHRISTCHURCH

Some time ago I saw a vision of a huge round barn. Inside the barn it was empty – as in the picture shown here. In the sloping roof of the barn I saw windows like trapdoors – see yellow rectangles in pic – and the windows were hinged at the top. Then I saw the windows swing open and grain started pouring into the barn through the open windows.

A while later I saw another vision that gave understanding to the first vision. The barn was empty again with the windows in the roof locked. There were groups of people in the barn looking up, wondering how they could reach the windows to unlock them. I then saw some older people bending down and allowing the younger and lighter people to climb on their backs and shoulders. The younger people were able to reach to the bottom of the windows and unlock them.

I saw some groups of people struggling to reach high enough, and the ones who were finished were helping them. When one group was struggling to open their window, people from other groups came across to help.

I felt the Holy Spirit say that the barn represents Christchurch. The groups of people under each window represent individual church fellowships in Christchurch, and that all the churches were united in unlocking the windows. The grain represents the harvest of people coming into the Kingdom. The windows represent acts of faith being carried out by people, acts which unlock the windows of heaven for revival ingathering. It seemed that every church has a specific role to play in this, which is why each group of people under each window represents a specific faith community or church. When one group was struggling to unlock their window, people from other groups came across to help. The older people bending over to provide a platform for the younger ones to work from represents the generations working together.

It is interesting that the grain came through the windows and not the door, which was something unexpected. I believe that God wants to do the unexpected, and that we are not to watch the door but focus on what He is focusing on. 

I believe that God is calling us to work together in unity of heart and purpose, for the common goal of seeing people saved and coming into the Kingdom, and as we do we will see the windows of heaven open and a harvest poured into the storehouse. The storehouse shown in the vision represents the fact that although we meet in separate locations we are in fact one church, one body, united in Christ.

I believe the Holy Spirit is actively sending out invitations for people to work with Him in establishing unity between churches and generations. It is like invitations being sent into church mailboxes. There is so much more of His anointing, so much more of His presence that He wants to pour upon us. 

Psalm 133:1-3 - "Look, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers (and sisters) to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard; that went down to the skirts of his garment; as the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore."
