PROPHETIC WORDS

A PARADIGM SHIFT

I believe the Lord is saying that this year, 2022, will be marked by paradigm shifts in the church, concerning the nation and the church. These paradigm shifts will shock many people, as it is a drastic change in our belief system – one which will challenge the way we operate as the church. Put simply, it is a complete mindset adjustment.

The Lord is saying, “I am going to allow My people to experience major paradigm shifts that will propel them into what I have prepared for them to become in this era. This will stop them regurgitating the old thing, and step into uncharted territory of something fresh and new.”

A time of Divine Exposure

The Lord began to speak to me about how paradigm shifts and divine exposure go hand in hand. Paradigm shifts happen in times of divine exposure. This year God is exposing things that have seeped into the church that have not been His original design. Paradigms will shift as they are seen for what they are.  What once seemed to be normal, and felt familiar, will now be exposed and seen in a completely new light.

The Lord is leading us further into a time of divine exposure orchestrated by Him! He will use circumstances, revelation and insight to uncover mindsets, ingrained un-truths, and wrong ideas!

What is it going to do to the church?

A paradigm shift means to be transformed, rewired and re-routed. Be assured, it is positive and necessary to experience something completely new in our walk with God.

The Lord will increase clear sight and direction, uproot religion, control, manipulation and sin. He will dismantle wrong alignments.

“I will make My people black and white,” says the Lord. There are areas in the church that have been compromised that the Lord is wanting to bring into correct alignment.  “I will bring a shift in the stubbornness and wounded parts of the church through paradigm shifts in order to fortify My people.”

A paradigm shift is truly what it means to be transformed in the renewing of the mind, and to be set in a new trajectory.

I feel the Lord is saying that by the time the year is ended, much in the church will be transformed, and there will have been an overhaul of her operating system. She will not resemble what she once did, just as the butterfly does not resemble the caterpillar she once was.

I believe we will go from one state of functioning to another, and only what is truly God’s design, and of His Kingdom, will remain unshaken, unchanged and un-adapted in this metamorphosis process.

Paradigm shifts are a birthing room to the new. God will use them to bring a turn–around of the church and the nation. They will mark weighty reverential alignment shifts into right standing with God.

The wrestle

I sense the Lord say, “It will cause you to wrestle internally as the I expose wrong mindsets, ideas and untruths.” But we are not to fear as the Lord will bring clarity and discernment as to what we must hold on to, and what we must release.

Do not be surprised when you think thoughts such as, “Surely not, God?” and sit in disbelief of some things that you were so certain of being true. In order to shift us, the Lord needs to change our beliefs, because our beliefs dictate our direction and responses.

Our response

As God tests mindsets that are holding us to the way we have always been, and seen, it will be our humility that will enable us to change.

Our personal prayer could be, “God, I give You permission to test my paradigms and even my longstanding beliefs.  Allow me to see clearly and expose to me what is rooted in You, and what is not.”

“God, I invite Your searching gaze into my heart. Examine me through and through; find out everything that may be hidden within me. Put me to the test and sift through all my anxious cares. See if there is any path of pain I’m walking on, and lead me back to your glorious, everlasting way— the path that brings me back to you.” Psalms 139:23-24 TPT

PRAYER POINTS

Prayer is not just us coming to God with a list of requests. As part of our relationship with Him, it is us having a conversation with the Lord, which involves talking and listening on both sides. The following prayer points are some things you can talk to Him about in regards to this prophetic word.

• Ask the Lord what needs to be renewed in your thinking to expose wrong mindsets, and faulty beliefs.

• Pray that as God does this, that people will access the grace available to them in this time of deep change, and also give grace to others whose mindsets are being challenged by the Lord.

• Pray that God’s people will choose to walk in a way that manifests the fruits of the Spirit, rather than flesh or religiosity, as theirs and other people’s mindsets are challenged and changed.
