OUTPOURING AND FIRE

This prophetic word was given at the NZ Council of Prophets meeting in Christchurch, February 2021.

I saw a ring appear around the nation. It appeared to be a ring of protection; many would call it a ring of protection, and this nation has been protected by the Lord for what is about to happen in this nation, for it will be a witness to the world – a witness of what the Lord is going to do in the nations. The ring surrounding this nation is not just a ring of protection, but a wedding ring – a ring of celebration.

Where the Church has looked to the nations for its insight, where speakers have been called to come in from other nations to release in this nation, the Lord has now created a captive audience where the Church must look to its own within the nation – to celebrate those God is raising up within the nation, that up till now have not been honoured and have not been seen; they have been overlooked, missed.

This time has caused a revealing of the depth of the prophetic voice within this nation’s prophets, within this nation’s speakers, and this nation’s warriors. A revealing of depth and a voice that is different, that could not have been seen or have taken place if the ring were not in place to celebrate what the Lord has given to this land.

I received the words, “It’s time for my Sons and Daughters to arise.”

"Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.” (Isa 60:1-3.)

I saw what appeared to be the lid of a box lift up, and a face appeared, as if a frightened people within were looking to see if the coast was clear to quietly step out, but God would say, “It’s not time for My people to peer out of the box, it’s time for My people to BREAK OUT OF THE BOX.”

Gideon hid in a wine press to thresh out wheat while hiding from the Midianites, whose name means ‘strife’.

Many have felt the pressure, the strife, of the times, but God is speaking to His people as He spoke to Gideon, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.” And, “Go in this might of yours...”

I saw the words, “The noise you are hearing around you is nothing compared to the Glory of God that is coming.”

Over the past few weeks I have been in heavy contention, the heaviest I have ever felt. As if in a place of prophetic birthing within my days, and of battling within my sleep to wake in the morning, with a sense that I had met with other warriors on the warring field.

As I prayed, I received the words, “It’s time for a new generation of burning ones to arise.” During this time the Lord gave me this vision…

Vision

I saw a volcano erupting, with lava flowing. I felt that this was the outpouring of God. As this lava, the outpouring of the Lord, flowed down the mountain it created new landscapes and territories, fresh and fertile land for His people. But at the base of this erupting mountain I saw a body of water, an ocean that was rising and washing against it – to me a picture of the world’s mandate.

As the lava reached the water it was cooled; a black shell-like magma was formed. This seemingly stopped the progression of the new territory that God was creating, that He was making available for His people.

This water encroached further and further, closer to the base of the mountain. As I watched I could see that the territory already given by God was swallowed up. I felt panic and fear enter my heart.

As the waves licked at the base of the mountain I saw what appeared to be a crack in the black magma, and then bursting out of this was a person, fully on fire – a fire that consumed them to the very core, a fire that could have only be made while in the furnace, hidden under the magma created by the encroaching water, the pressure from the world.

This ‘fire person’ stood up; the water could not extinguish this burning one. As I looked, other cracks appeared in the magma and other white hot burning ones appeared. At God’s word these burning ones walked forward directly into the ocean, the world. As they walked forward the waters parted, as the ocean was afraid to touch these ones, as they could not be quenched.

I saw these burning ones standing in the midst of the parted waters. They spoke and the water listened.

I then saw a newspaper heading which read, “A spiritual fervour has gripped our nation.” Within the article were slights against this move, but they could not deny the miracles that were taking place.

Interpretation

God is raising up a people, many of which are at this time hidden from the world’s sight, hidden in the magma. At His word these fire people will appear – one here and one there, 10 here and 10 there, 100 here and 100 there, and then thousands of these fire people will arise across the nation, and nations. They will move in uncompromising boldness and power. They will carry a passion and unquenchable fire for the Gospel that will make the world take notice.

Humility will mark these burning ones, as the shaking that has been taking place in the nations has presented in theses ones a necessary weakness, a weakness where His strength will be made perfect in them.

Dismantling of denominations

As I prayed I saw the rising of a one church army. One voice, one cry.

“Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common. And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.” (Acts 4:32-33.)

Denominations will give way to Demonstrations of power. This will not be a tearing down of denominations by man, or a speaking against, but denominations will see the hand of the Lord at work, and by His power the walls will give way to a one Church Army.

Healing of a nation

God is bringing an incredible healing across this nation, but the shaking has not stopped yet. The door is opening to revel the wounds of a nation that God is wanting to see healed. Former and current pains will come to the forefront, but God will manage the flow of these matters in order to see the priority of the Gospel being preached.

I asked the Lord, “What are these days?” He said, “These are the great and glorious days as prophesied by the prophet Joel.”

The book of Joel is a prophetic book for this time.

Boldness, passion, and fire expressed in humility will be the way forward for 2021.
