PROPHETIC WORDS

FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

This prophetic word was delivered by Nawa Cooper at the 2022 New Zealand Council of Prophets gathering held in Christchurch on the 24th February.

New Zealand, New Zealand , the land of promise and ZEAL, a people willing, fervent and energised. The key of awakening and revival is turning in the heart of this nation. The sound of the breaking of dawn is here; your healing will quickly appear, then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.

New Zealand you are in labour, your waters have broken, you will give birth. Arise, shine and fulfil your prophetic destiny as an epicentre for revival to the nations. But this is war and you must position yourself and push.

Just as the cicadas spend their first 17 years active underground, burrowing and feeding from tree roots before bursting forth as an army of adults, numbering in the millions, I have kept My army hidden for such a time as this. The cicadas are calling with a symphony of song, they are sounding the alarm. New Zealand, you will break out as a mature army, releasing the sound of heaven. Turn towards the sound and do not delay any longer.

17 speaks of overcoming the enemy and of complete victory. We overcome the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. Thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Did I not say I will bring heaven to earth? Did I not say My Kingdom will come and My will be done on earth as it is in heaven? Did I not say that the knowledge of the glory of God will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea? Awake, arise New Zealand, for I am turning your mourning into dancing and your sorrow into joy.

New Zealand I have called you for such a time as this. Take off the mask, do not be gagged. The trumpet is sounding. I am calling the body to assemble and to advance. Just as Joshua marched around the walls of Jericho, I am calling you, New Zealand, to take back the ground that the enemy has stolen.

Break the fast of silence and lift up a shout that will cause the walls of oppression,  depression, addiction, grief, loss, fear to come down.

The bells have been ringing and the trumpets have been blowing – a call to order, a command, and a warning. You have been prepared for battle. Just as the bells were attached around the neck of the horses trained for war to accustom them to noise, so I have trained your hands for war and your fingers for battle. You will not be distracted by the noise. You will not be shaken, New Zealand, and you will not be moved.

Awake oh sleeper and arise from the dead and Christ will shine on you.

Spring up oh well, yes sing His praises!

PRAYER POINTS

Prayer is not just us coming to God with a list of requests. As part of our relationship with Him, it is us having a conversation with the Lord, which involves talking and listening on both sides. The following prayer points are some things you can talk to Him about in regards to this prophetic word.

• Pray for the key of awakening and revival to turn in the heart of this nation, Aotearoa.

• Pray that this nation gives birth to all that God has destined for it.

• Pray that the knowledge of the glory of the Lord will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.

• Pray for an overcoming victorious spirit in the church.
