PROPHETIC WORDS

A TIME OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE IN THE GATEWAY NATIONS

This prophetic word was given at the NZ Council of Prophets gathering and Behold Conference in Christchurch, March 2024.

Australia and New Zealand are gateways to the island nations of the Pacific. I sense it is time for us to join together and build a movement of prayer that will usher in the move of God that is being released in this day throughout the Great Southlands, including Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific island nations. He is releasing the spiritual ANZACs in this hour to rise to watch over the nations of the Pacific and lead them into the new day of awakening.

The language around “the army of the Lord” will begin to be used again as the Bride heeds the call to war in the Spirit in these days.

I sense that as a generation, in unity, we are being invited to seek His face, according to Psa 24:6. His promise is that our unity will precede glory. “So wake up, you living gateways! Lift up your heads, you doorways of eternity! Welcome the King of Glory, for he is about to come through you” (Psa 24:7 TPT).

And as His glory is released we will see a great missions movement to this region of the earth, particularly from Australia, to the Pacific, as the Lord sends out labourers into the harvest field. Indeed, many will flock to this part of the world from all nations as the Spirit of the Lord is poured out without measure. The Lord is increasing the visibility of the Great Southlands in this hour and many will come to help bring in the harvest!

In Tonga and other Pacific nations the influence of China is quite confronting. Gifts in the form of roads and infrastructure line the otherwise rundown and remote terrain. When I was interceding in Tonga earlier this year I saw a picture of a red rope (China red) and it was tied in knots. The Lord revealed to me that China was trying to tie up Tonga’s government in knots through deceptive agreements and hidden agendas. I saw Tongan governmental officials having lightbulb moments and realising what they had actually signed up for. I heard the Lord declare, “It’s not too late!” I feel there is a window of opportunity for the nations in the Pacific Islands to be released from the grip of China, but we must pray.

I believe this influence is in direct opposition to the move of God prophesied by Smith Wigglesworth, that the last great outpouring of the Holy Spirit before Jesus’ return would begin in Australia, New Zealand, and the islands of the sea, and go throughout the nations. Many voices have added their part and their “Yes and amen!” to this over many years.

Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Eph. 6:12).

As an Australian, passionate to see God move in these nations, I have seen an antiChrist spirit trying to assert authority over the Pacific Islands. Over 10 years ago I dreamed that I was suspended over China and had a bird’s eye view of the mainland. Cindy Jacobs came to me and prophesied that I am called to slay the dragon over China. I now understand that this influence must come down in Jesus’ name, to ensure there will be no hinderance to the move of God that is being poured out in this hour.

As a ministry, we feel called to watch over nations, and have been fasting and praying every Wednesday (Wesley Wednesday, as we like to call it), for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in these nations, for the labourers to be thrust forth into the harvest field, and all the plans of the enemy to come to naught.

He delights to come to His people, and indeed, He is coming!
